ClearStyle English (“I,” “me,” or “my”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any personal information you share. This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide when you contact or work with me.

I may collect personal information such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, and details about your project when you:

• contact me by phone or email, or

• engage me to provide proofreading or editing services.

ClearStyleEnglish.com does not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking scripts.

I do not collect sensitive personal information (such as health data, government ID numbers, or financial account details).

2. How Your Information Is Used

I use the information you provide only to:

• communicate with you,

• prepare quotes or estimates if requested,

• complete proofreading and editing work, and

• maintain administrative and accounting records.

Your information is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

All client information is stored securely and accessed only by me, Matthew Bryan, owner of ClearStyle English. I do not use subcontractors or share client materials with third parties.

Information is stored securely using Google Workspace, whose servers may be located in multiple countries but follow strong security standards and encryption practices.

4. Confidentiality and Market-Sensitive Information

Many projects may involve confidential or market-sensitive materials, including:

• Draft annual reports,

• Draft interim financial results,

• Draft stock-exchange announcements,

• Other documents prepared prior to regulatory or investor disclosure.

I understand the importance of keeping all unpublished financial and market-sensitive information confidential.

All materials are handled with strict discretion and are never disclosed to anyone.

If requested, I am happy to sign a client-provided Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), or I can provide an NDA template upon request.

5. International Clients

As ClearStyle English works with clients worldwide, your information may be transferred or stored outside your home country for secure storage and communication. Regardless of location, your data is protected to industry-standard security levels.
